Once a defect is created on the mobile app, the defect can be edited. Edits that can be performed include
- Update the description
- Add an external defect/Notification number
- Status (Pending, Complete, Ignored)
- Priority (P1 - Urgent (24 Hrs), P2 - High (7 Days), P3 - Medium (30 Days)
- Recommended Action (Repair, Monitor, No Action)
- Notes to provide some further information
