Once a defect is created on the mobile app, the defect can be edited. Edits that can be performed include

  • Update the description
  • Add an external defect/Notification number
  • Status (Pending, Complete, Ignored)
  • Priority (P1 - Urgent (24 Hrs), P2 - High (7 Days), P3 - Medium (30 Days)
  • Recommended Action (Repair, Monitor, No Action)
  • Notes to provide some further information
