Parts can be added to the defect to provide more information. Parts information includes

  • Material Number - If available the ERP number can be added
  • Part Select - provides a search for previously entered parts
  • Manufacturer - can be selected from the list
  • Part Number - can be entered
  • Description - text around the part.
  • Quantity - required for the defect
  • Require - tick if mandatory for the defect or leave blank if the part maybe required.

How to add a part using the search
