To add a new work order to the list. Click on the
button to display the Add Work Order Pop-up.

Enter the following information in the Add Work Order Pop-up:
FIELD | DESCRIPTION |
---|
Work Order Number | Enter the work order number. |
Site | Search and select the site associated to the work order. |
Asset
| Search and select the asset associated to the work order.
|
Task
| Search and select the task associated to the work order.
|
Work Order Type
| Select either Planned or Breakdown from the drop-down. |
Description | Enter the work order description for the selected work order.
|
Scheduled For
| Select a scheduled start date from the calendar. |
Duration (Hours)
| Enter the expected work order duration. |
Click the
button to add the work order to the list.
